Personalised fitting appointments are available at our Canberra store, on the following days:

Wednesday 10am - 5:00pm
Thursday 10am - 5:00pm
Friday 10am - 6:30pm
Saturday 10am - 6:30pm
Sunday 10am - 5:00pm

We invite you to choose a day and time that suits you best to start your dress shopping experience using the form below. We encourage you to read our appointment FAQ’s below prior to booking your appointment.

  • Appointments are essential at Mrs Fray and an appointment fee of $30 is required to secure your first fitting. Follow up appointments are complimentary.

    The payment is non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours. However you may reschedule at no extra cost.

  • We invite you to share this special experience with up to 3 of your favourite people.

  • Our appointments book out quickly, especially for weekends. If your preferred date is fully booked please contact us with your preferred day, time and contact number to be added to our wait list and we’ll be in touch if a spot becomes available.

  • Please allow 4-6 months for made-to-order gowns to be created. plus an additional 6-8 weeks for any alterations that may be required once your dress arrives.

    If your wedding is within the next 6 months please contact us before booking an appointment to discuss rush order options and in stock styles.

  • We host trunk show collections throughout the year and offer specific trunk show appointments where you can indulge our designers’ newest creations. You can also try on styles from our permanent collection if time permits.
